Who rises up for me against the wicked? Who stands up for me against evildoers? If the Lord had not been my help, my soul would soon have lived in the land of silence. God is here - now - and ready to help. We can receive the help of God through prayer, meditation, study, and mindful doing.

When we are confused, God can clarify. When we are afraid, God can provide courage. When we are weak, God can make us strong.

When evil is all about us, God can help us find confidence in the truth, intention, and purposes for which we were created.
